Dr. Casey Bennett

Dr. Bennett was exposed to digital dental technology early in his career: as a dental student he began using 3Shape software as part of an implant work-study program, and consequently played a vital role in modernizing the implant workflow at The Medical University of South Carolina. Upon graduation, he joined the CAD/CAM clinic as a clinical instructor, working alongside esteemed colleagues Drs. Wally Renne and Tony Mennito.

In addition, Dr. Bennett founded Lowcountry Dental Arts - a private practice focused on using scanning, milling and printing technology to provide conservative care and cutting-edge same-day aesthetics. By incorporating chairside design, he introduced same-day smile trials: a revolutionary benefit to his patients, who travel from across the South East to work with Dr. Bennett.

He is a key opinion leader for Planmeca, Desktop Health and a faculty member of The MOD Institute since its founding in 2021. He continues to mentor students at MUSC and regularly volunteers his services for free dental care to the Charleston community at large.

Same-day care is a possibility in your practice thanks to advancements in digital technology.

When I first introduced a same-day smile trial in my practice, it fundamentally changed the way my patients look in the mirror, and decided on care. Seeing is believing, and a 90%+ case close rate is evidence that same-day care can change your practice.
Scanning, design, milling and now printing offer a whole world of ways to innovate patient care and set you and your practice apart. It is my great pleasure to share my knowledge and experience on them with you.   — Dr. Casey Bennett
