Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review our cancellation and refund terms before registering.
Course Cancellation Policy
All course registrations are subject to the following cancellation terms:
- 60+ days before course start: Full refund minus a $250 administrative fee.
- 30-59 days before course start: 50% refund of the course fee.
- Less than 30 days before course start: No refund. Registration may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability).
Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend your registered course date, you may request a one-time transfer to a future date. Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the original course date. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
Online Course Refund Policy
Online course access is non-refundable once activated. Unopened physical kits may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Digital course access is granted immediately upon purchase and cannot be reversed.
MOD Pro Membership
MOD Pro memberships require a 12-month commitment. Monthly payments of $399/mo or annual payment of $3,999/yr. Cancellation requests during the commitment period are subject to the remaining balance of the commitment term.
