OVERVIEW
In five action-packed days, you’ll master every step of a start-to-finish digital protocol—from intraoral and face scanning to 3D-printed conversion prosthetics, fully digital copy-milling of approved prototypes, and high-level zirconia characterization. Our time-tested workflow (backed by thousands of cases) empowers you to scan, design, mill, print, finish, and deliver same-day prostheses with precision and reproducibility.
You’ll witness these workflows come to life through a live surgical patient demonstration, seamlessly integrating theory with real-world application.
DESIGNED FOR
Dentists, Dental Assistants, Design Teams, Lab Technicians

COURSE SCHEDULE
Day 1
On Day One, you’ll dive into CBCT data interpretation to assess bone anatomy, perform digital occlusal analyses to fine-tune jaw relationships, and apply rigorous patient-selection criteria for All-on-X candidacy. Using live patient records, you’ll build a fully digital diagnostic wax-up in exocad—defining prosthetic contours, occlusal relationships and esthetic parameters that predict your final prosthetic outcomes. By day’s end, you’ll have hands-on experience creating and reviewing these digital wax-ups, setting the stage for seamless conversion and fabrication.
Day 2
On Day Two, we’ll teach you prosthetic-driven surgical planning principles, using your Exocad diagnostic wax-up to guide implant angulation, depth, and emergence profile decisions. You’ll learn how to translate the final restoration design into precise surgical planning, whether you’re using a free hand or fully guided workflow, ensuring that surgical placement aligns seamlessly with your planned prosthetic contours. Hands-on exercises will reinforce how small adjustments in digital planning directly impact esthetic and functional outcomes.
Day 3
On Day Three, prepare for a high-energy live surgery where we’ll use our exocad wax-up to guide every implant placement—and capture those positions instantly using photogrammetry and intraoral scanning workflows. Watch as we send that data straight to our in-house 3D printer to fabricate the conversion prosthetic on the spot, then apply custom. This immersive session combines surgical precision with rapid manufacturing and characterization, showing you exactly how to deliver stunning, same-day conversion prosthetics.
Day 4
We’ll begin with an in-depth lecture on fiducial markers and direct-to-multi-unit-abutment design, then immediately put those concepts into practice by executing a full surgical conversion workflow in exocad. We’ll also explore the principles of green-state zirconia characterization before spending dedicated hands-on time mastering these principles on real zirconia prosthetics. This seamless blend of theory and practice guarantees you leave with both the conceptual understanding and the practical skill set needed for precise, esthetic restorations.
Day 5
We’ll kick off the day with a lecture on prototyping concepts, then dive into a design activity where we’ll learn an efficient strategy for copy milling final restorations. In the afternoon, we’ll explore advanced zirconia staining techniques in a focused lecture before applying MiYO characterization hands-on—interspersed with a practical CAM and milling overview. This integrated approach ensures you understand both the digital-to-physical workflow and the artistic finesse required for high-quality final restorations.
